Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Making a booking with Best Golf Trips constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. User’s Responsibility when Booking
It is your responsibility to enquire on, and obtain, any necessary travel documents. For more information on required travel documents, you may wish to visit https://travel.gc.ca/. If you have questions regarding required travel documents, please contact us directly.
At the time of booking there is a global COVID-19 outbreak, a pandemic that could continue over your travel dates. Please review https://travel.gc.ca/ for information, recommendations and advisories on COVID-19. Resorts, golf courses and businesses will have measures in place to protect you, their guests, but it is your responsibility to take these COVID-19 recommendations and advisories into account in your travels.
2. Confidentiality and Privacy
When you reserve or purchase travel services through Best Golf Trips, we may be required to transmit information including your name and address, to booking and payment processing partner(s), or to suppliers such as hotels; this step is essential to the processing of the transaction.
All prices, unless specified otherwise, are in Canadian dollars. Best Golf Trips charges a fully-refundable service fee. This fee is included in the package price.
4. Refund Policy, Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation Policy: varies by program, and is detailed in the reservations material of the applicable program.
Modifications Policy: Best Golf Trips will work within reason on trip modifications. Your purchased trip is non-transferable unless authorized by Best Golf Trips.
5. Delivery of Documents
After your deposit and final payment, Best Golf Trips will promptly e-mail you a paid invoice receipt confirming your purchase and details of your itinerary. Please contact Best Golf Trips immediately upon receipt if you note any discrepancies, failing which Best Golf Trips shall not be liable for any errors and/or omissions related to your booking.
6. Travel Insurance
Best Golf Trips advises you of the purchase of travel insurance, including cancellation insurance and out-of-province health insurance (if applicable). You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your decisions in regard to travel insurance (e.g., taking out comprehensive coverage, or purchasing no insurance at all).
7. Credit Card Hold upon Check-in at Hotel
It is common practice for a hotel to take your credit card incidentals, sometimes putting a hold / pre-authorization on your account.
As part of this agreement, you are required to present a credit card at check-in for damages and incidentals. If a hold / pre-authorization is required, this may temporarily limit available credit card funds. The hotel will remove the hold / pre-authorization after checking out.
If you do not present a credit card upon check-in, you will risk losing the accommodation portion of booking. You will not be refunded for any unused portions of your trip.
8. Condition of Golf Course / Inclement Weather
Golf course conditions vary throughout the year based on weather, maintenance and other factors. Less than optimal golf course conditions can include, but are not limited to: green aeration / rolling; temporary greens; wet golf course resulting in golf cart restrictions (cart path only). Best Golf Trips attempts to gather information ahead of time about green aeration / rolling, and will inform you if this knowledge is available and it affects your selected dates. If your group encounters inclement weather during your stay, you may be eligible to receive a Rain Check for any unused portions of your golf round. You must show up at the golf course to be eligible for a Rain Check. The decision on Rain Check compensation is made by the golf course. There are no refunds available under any circumstances due to golf course conditions or inclement weather.
9. Liability for Products & Services and Customer Advisory
You acknowledge that Best Golf Trips acts as a middle-person between you and carriers, hotels, tour operators and other service/product providers selected by you. Consequently, Best Golf Trips cannot be held liable towards you or your fellow travellers for the services rendered, and/or the products offered, by such third party providers. Best Golf Trips shall not be liable and assumes no risk for the obligations, or any default or negligence, of third-party providers and for any damages including, among other things, damages due to delay, cancellation, loss of goods, sickness, injury, accident, quality of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, acts of God or force majeure.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Best Golf Trips’ liability for any loss, damage or injury, whether to property, physical or mental, arising from its own acts, omissions or negligence, is limited to the amount you paid to Best Golf Trips for the services with respect to which you are claiming. The customer agrees to indemnify and save harmless Best Golf Trips, and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, against any liability, actions (including legal fees), claims, losses, costs and damages, which Best Golf Trips may incur, sustain or pay arising out of or in connection with the customer’s negligent or intentional act or omission, in relation to any incident alleged to have occurred in relation to services provided by Best Golf Tips.

12. Applicable Laws
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and you hereby submit and attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
