SMS Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By providing your mobile number to Best Golf Trips (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. These terms govern our two distinct messaging programs: Transactional/Informational Alerts and Promotional Marketing.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Best Golf Trips does not charge for this service.
• Carriers:
  • USA: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
  • Canada: Supported carriers include Bell, Rogers, Telus, Virgin Plus, Fido, and others.
  • Note: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Transactional & Informational Alerts

Purpose: These messages facilitate a specific transaction, provide account-related information, or ensure quality of service during your travel.

• Consent: By providing your mobile number during checkout, booking, or account creation, you provide your Prior Express Consent to receive automated transactional and informational texts.
• Examples: Order updates, booking confirmations, 2FA codes, itinerary alerts, and “check-in” or “quality of service” messages sent during your trip to assist with the check-in procedure or travel support. Informational Messages Defined. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, ‘Informational’ communications and notifications shall explicitly include, but are not limited to, ‘Check-in’ messages and ‘Quality of Service’ texts. By opting into our transactional/informational alerts, you acknowledge that these communications are essential to the maintenance and oversight of your account and the services provided.
• Frequency: Message frequency is based on your activity and transaction volume. Message frequency may vary.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP (or ARRET in Canada) to any transactional or informational message to unsubscribe. Note: Opting out of transactional alerts may prevent us from reaching you with time-sensitive support or updates during your trip.

3. Promotional & Marketing Messaging

Purpose: These messages are sent for advertising, news, and promotional purposes.

• Program Description: By opting into the Best Golf Trips mobile messaging service, you agree to receive recurring or periodic promotional (e.g., including but not limited to news, offers, and promotions) and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., including but not limited to cart reminders and sale alerts) from Best Golf Trips at the mobile number provided at opt-in.
• Express Consent: By signing up via web form or by texting a keyword to our short code, you provide your Prior Express Written Consent to receive these messages.
• Age & Ownership: You certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Purchase Rule: Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may buy our services without signing up for marketing texts.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP (or ARRET in Canada) to any marketing message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text message confirming your opt-out. Unsubscribing from marketing will not automatically unsubscribe you from Transactional Alerts unless you reply STOP ALL (or ARRET TOUT in Canada).

4. Privacy & Identification

• Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Dispute Resolution (US Only)

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to these SMS Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
