Departure: Thursday, July 17, 2025

Registration Opens: March 1, 2025 and remains open for CWGI members until trip is full or latest March 20, 2025, whichever comes first.
Package includes (per person):
- Stay at Hampton Inn Peterborough
- Hotel Breakfast daily
- Golf with cart at (a) Black Diamond (b) Baxter Creek (c) Quarry
Rates (all-in rate, includes all taxes and fees):
- OPTION 1 (double occupancy): $596 per person. Rate is based on staying double occupancy in a Guest Room, 2 Queen Beds
- OPTION 2 (single occupancy): $819 per person. Rate is based on staying single occupancy in a Guest Room, 2 Queen Beds
Tee times:
- Tues, July 15 @ Black Diamond, starting @ 12:51pm
- Wed, July 16 @ Baxter Creek, starting @ 1:00pm
- Thurs, July 17 @ Quarry, starting @ 10:00am
Payment Schedule
- Deposit Payment: $200 deposit per person due at time of registration
- Remaining Balance Payment: will be processed automatically on June 14, 2025 to each trip goer’s original method of payment, no further action required
Cancellation Policy
- Trips cancelled 30+ days from the trip start date will receive a full refund;
- Cancellations 15 – 29 days from the trip start date will receive a refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee
- Trips cancelled 0 – 14 days from the trip start date will not receive a refund
Refund Policy
- Credit card refunds will be assessed a 3% transaction fee

Credit Card Payment
We only accept online payments. If you don't wish to pay online, the credit card payment form below provides the option to pay for multiple trips, giving you the option to have one of your tripmates pay for your trip and you can reimburse them.
