Oak Bay Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72 public golf course in Port Severn, Ontario. It was built in 2010 and has been ranked within the top 25 best-value courses in Canada by GolfPass. It has many challenging, narrow fairways, wetland hazards, and multi-level greens backed by rocky outcrops. The course is also bordered by both lush, forested areas and the shoreline of Georgian Bay, so you may want to bring a few extra balls! This Oak Bay Golf Club is best suited to experienced players or those who really want to put their skills to the test.
The golf club is known for its fantastic conditioning and maintenance, drawing visitors back time and time again as they always know they will get a consistent experience. Some of the course holes will make you want to stop and snap some pictures, and hole 6 has actually been ranked one of the best holes in Canada by the Globe and Mail. The clubhouse features a second-story restaurant that offers great views out over the course and the water from the beautiful wrap-around patio. They frequently host tournaments and charity events as the clubhouse is 10,000–square feet and is licensed for groups of up to 180 people.
